Solid Chill Limited is hiring an experienced and results-driven Factory Manager to lead daily manufacturing operations and improve production efficiency. The successful candidate will supervise factory staff, maintain product quality, manage production resources, and enforce workplace safety standards. The Factory Manager will also identify opportunities to improve productivity while ensuring the factory meets its operational targets.

Salary: ₦200,000 Monthly + Commission

Experience Required: Minimum of 3 Years
Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily factory operations and production activities.
- Ensure production targets are achieved efficiently and on schedule.
- Implement and maintain quality control and quality assurance standards.
- Manage factory staff, work schedules, and performance evaluations.
- Monitor inventory levels, raw materials, and production resources.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational regulations.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity.
- Prepare and submit production and operational performance reports.
Requirements
- HND in Engineering, Industrial Management, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in factory management, production management, or a similar supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills.
- Good knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and workplace safety standards.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
