Key Responsibilities
Revenue Growth & Project Acquisition
- Contribute directly to securing new projects and business opportunities.
- Develop and influence bid strategies, pricing structures, and competitive positioning.
- Participate in client meetings, bid clarifications, and commercial negotiations.
- Support the conversion of business opportunities into secured revenue.
- Collaborate with leadership teams to align commercial activities with growth objectives.
Commercial Management
- Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQs), cost estimates, and pricing models.
- Ensure commercial viability and profitability across projects.
- Monitor project costs and support subcontractor commercial management.
- Maintain margin protection and cost-control measures throughout project lifecycles.
Requirements
- Minimum of an HND in a relevant discipline.
- 6–10 years of experience in commercial management, quantity surveying, estimating, or related roles.
- Proven track record of influencing or winning project bids.
- Strong understanding of pricing strategies, tendering processes, and construction economics.
- Experience participating in client engagements and bid negotiations.
- Background in civil construction, infrastructure, or related sectors.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.

- Active contribution to competitive bids within the first 30–60 days.
- Improved bid performance and project win rates.
- Participation in securing projects within 3–6 months.
