Available Positions

1. Visa Assistant (Team Lead)

Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Salary: USD $25,357 per year

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise, monitor, and train a team of six to eight locally employed staff.
  • Coordinate the processing of immigrant and non-immigrant visa applications.
  • Handle complex visa cases and refer exceptional matters to supervisory officers.
  • Lead one of the rotating Visa Unit teams.
  • Ensure compliance with U.S. immigration regulations and consular procedures.

Eligibility Requirements

Applicants must have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Literature in English, Law, Humanities, or a related discipline.
  • NYSC Certificate or Exemption Letter.
  • Minimum of three years of relevant work experience involving regulatory processes and public engagement.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. immigration laws, visa procedures, and computer-based visa processing systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and at least one Nigerian language.

2. Agricultural Specialist

Location: Abuja, Nigeria

Salary: USD $37,955 per year

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Foreign Agricultural Service in Nigeria.
  • Conduct research and prepare reports on agricultural commodities and trade policies.
  • Support U.S. agricultural interests through advocacy and project implementation.
  • Monitor agricultural markets and policy developments.

Eligibility Requirements

Option 1
