You are to take note that the sales of online application forms has commenced from Saturday 4th July, 2026 and closed on Friday 31st July, 2026.

1. Professional Diploma Programme Pharmacy Technician (PhT)

Entry Requirement:

Applicants must possess a minimum of five (5) credits in English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry and Physics in SSCE (WAEC/NECO/NABTEB/NBAIS) at not more than two (2) sittings.

2. National Diploma (ND) Programmes (via JAMB only)

Candidates must:

  • Possess five (5) credits in English language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry and Physics.
  • Meet the approved JAMB minimum cut off mark score.
  • Have the correct JAMB UTME subject combination.

Entry Requirements:

  • Have a minimum of Five (5) O’Level credits in SSCE subjects in English, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry and Physics.
  • Applicants must possess a minimum of Lower Credit in relevant National Diploma certificate from an accredited institution.
  • Must have attended a One year compulsory Industrial Training (IT)/Supervised Field Experience (SUPFE).
  • Candidates with “Pass Grade” must have at least two (2) years relevant post-ND work experience.

NASCOHST Admissions Process

Below are all the information you need to know about application and admission process into Nasarawa State College of Health Sciences and Technology, Keffi.

Application Procedure (National Diploma)

  • All applications are through the JAMB portal.
  • You must upload your O’Level results (WAEC, NECO, NBAIS, NABTEB etc) on the JAMB CAPS for your admission processing. Candidates who didn’t upload their SSCE results will have their admission pending.
  • Make sure your subject combination in the JAMB UTME matches the requirements for programme you applied for. (English, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, Physics where applicable). Wrong combination leads to disqualification.
