About the OPEC Fund Job

The OPEC Fund for International Development is a multilateral development finance institution established in 1976.

The Financial Administration Analyst will provide analytical, technical and administrative support to the Financial Administration Unit.

The role combines loan administration, data management, reporting, correspondence, meeting coordination and support for the Director of Financial Administration.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will:

• Prepare and communicate loan-related documents to borrowers.
• Prepare loan status and disbursement reports.
• Manage borrower data and registrations through the OPEC Fund Client Portal.
• Maintain authorised signatory information and contact records in SAP/CML.
• Provide technical and administrative support for Governing Board committees.
• Maintain designated committee workspaces and related documentation.
• Support contractual and administrative tasks involving IFI/MDB networks and platforms.
• Assist with analytical reports on loans and corporate dashboards.
• Receive, log, review and distribute incoming correspondence and documents.
• Draft and proofread letters, memos and internal correspondence.
• Arrange internal and external meetings and take meeting minutes.
• Assist with duty travel arrangements and related logistics.
• Liaise with officers within and outside the department on behalf of the Director.
• Perform other duties assigned to support the Financial Administration function.

Eligibility Requirements

Applicants should meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Public Administration, Management or a related field.
• At least three years of relevant professional experience.
• At least one year of experience in an international development finance institution.
• Fluent English.

Working knowledge of Arabic, French or Spanish will be an added advantage.
