Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Managing petty cash inflows and outflows.
• Maintaining accurate financial records and transaction books.
• Processing expense retirement ledgers and cash requests.
• Reconciling cash received with recorded expenses.
• Processing payments and issuing receipts.
• Maintaining records of income and expenses.
• Preparing daily and weekly collection and payment reports.
• Filing documents relating to cash payments and collections.
• Responding to queries concerning payments, approvals and retirement deadlines.
• Ensuring proper accountability of cash advances and disbursements.

Eligibility Requirements

Applicants should meet the following requirements:

• Possess an HND or BSc in Accounting, Economics or Finance.
• Have at least one year of relevant work experience.
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Demonstrate honesty, commitment and self-motivation.
• Be hardworking and capable of handling financial records accurately.
