The company operates a modern storage terminal in Port Harcourt and is recruiting qualified professionals to strengthen its operations across compliance, logistics, and stock management functions.

Available Positions

1. Compliance and Documentation Officer

The successful candidate will oversee regulatory compliance, documentation, risk management, and liaison with regulatory agencies while ensuring the company complies with applicable laws and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain operational compliance policies.
  • Conduct compliance reviews and statutory inspections.
  • Liaise with regulatory agencies, including NNPC, PPMC, DPR, and NCD.
  • Manage company documentation, certifications, and licences.
  • Coordinate tender documentation through the NipeX portal.
  • Monitor internal controls and risk management activities.
  • Promote workplace health and safety compliance.

Eligibility Requirements

Applicants should possess:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or HND (Second Class Upper or Upper Credit) in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of four years’ relevant experience in compliance, auditing, or internal control.
  • Professional certification such as CRMA or an equivalent qualification is an added advantage.
  • Strong communication, analytical, negotiation, and Microsoft Office skills.

2. Stock & Logistics Officer

The Stock & Logistics Officer will manage inventory, coordinate logistics activities, monitor stock movement, and maintain accurate inventory records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and verify inventory deliveries.
  • Monitor stock levels and reorder materials when necessary.
  • Coordinate AGO transfers and quality testing.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
  • Track procurement requests and stock movement.
  • Maintain organized and safe storage facilities.

Eligibility Requirements

Applicants should possess:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Between five and twenty years of relevant supply chain or logistics experience.
  • Experience using supply chain software such as Oracle, SAP Ariba, or Envision is an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and bookkeeping.
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and time management skills.

3. Stock Control Officer

The Stock Control Officer will support inventory management, internal audits, reconciliation, and fraud prevention while ensuring operational accountability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor daily tank dips and loading activities.
  • Prepare inventory and reconciliation reports.
  • Conduct station audits and asset verification.
  • Review dispatch and diesel dispensing records.
  • Identify operational risks and recommend improvements.
  • Support internal control and compliance activities.

Eligibility Requirements

Applicants should possess:

  • BSc or HND (Second Class Upper or Upper Credit) in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, or a related discipline.
