Key Responsibilities
- Send cold emails to prospective clients and business contacts.
- Conduct outreach activities through LinkedIn and other professional platforms.
- Research potential leads, business opportunities, and target markets.
- Prepare and submit proposals, applications, and business inquiries online.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain communication records.
- Manage outreach databases, spreadsheets, and lead-tracking systems.
- Assist with CV submissions, professional profiles, and application processes when required.
- Schedule meetings and maintain accurate records of responses and engagements.
- Perform additional virtual assistance and administrative support tasks.
Requirements
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in business development, lead generation, outreach, virtual assistance, or a related role.
- Strong internet research and information-gathering abilities.
- Experience with email outreach and professional networking.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and online business development strategies.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and consistently meet targets.
- Reliable laptop/computer and stable internet connection.
Preferred Skills
- Proficiency in LinkedIn for networking and lead generation.
- Experience using Google Sheets and Google Docs.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and customer management tools.
- Knowledge of email outreach software and lead generation tools.
